The John Rayner Community Stage is home to a FREE Series of Events Every Summer, providing opportunities for artists and community groups to share new material with our patrons and the public. Our stage has featured all sorts of performances over the years including Irish dancers, play readings, spoken word poetry, bands, hoola hoopers, fire dancers, and many more! The Community Stage is the central hub for our Community Series Events featuring 80 - 100 artists in more than 50 performance time slots throughout the season. Our gates open at 6 pm daily for Happy Hour at Sir Toby's Tavern, and performances begin between 6:00 and 6:30pm Tuesday through Sunday, and also at noon on Sunday afternoons before the main stage matinee.

  • We Need Performers! Every spring we look for a variey of artists who would like to perform on our Community Stage. POSTPONED INDEFINITELY

In 2020 the Community Stage was sponsored by John Rayner, Senior Wealth Advisor, Scotia Wealth Management and funded in part by Sask Lotteries through the City of Saskatoon Community Grant Program. Our fingers are crossed for a return to this great programming in the summer of 2021!
