Seating Map

On the question of “To mask or not to mask?”, Shakespeare on the Saskatchewan will require the use of face masks by all patrons, staff, and volunteers while in the amphitheatre. Our actors will be unmasked and distanced during the performance. Over the course of the summer, our artists look forward to performing in front of thousands of patrons. We thank you for your understanding as we take this precaution to ensure their safety. The use of masks while in the outside courtyard will continue be at our patrons’ discretion. Updates could be made to this policy in future, and we appreciate your patience and understanding with these necessary operational changes.

Social Distancing
Each ticket booking will have one empty seat between them in order to allow for social distancing. This will ensure you are only sitting directly next to someone in your group.

Wheelchair Seating
Our renovated festival site is fully wheelchair accessible! Every performance has two wheelchair seats + a companion seat available for purchase. These seats can only be sold by contacting our administration office at (306) 653-2300 or our box office at (306) 652-9100 (starting June 23rd).  If these seats are not sold 24 hours ahead of performance time, they will be released for general public sale.

Accessible Seating
If you or your loved one has mobility issues including a walker, difficulty with stairs, or walking long distances, but does not require a wheelchair spot, we recommend booking tickets in the first 3 rows to limit the number of stairs.  We recommend that patrons with any and all accessibility needs call the box office or administration line when purchasing tickets so we can recommend seating choices that will best accommodate your needs. We also recommend arriving early on your performance date to avoid heavy traffic in the parking lot area.

In order to ensure the continued safety of our guests and staff, anyone displaying any symptoms of COVID-19 are asked to stay home. If you are sick, your ticket will be fully refunded as long as we hear from you no less than 2 hours prior to show. Tickets can also be converted to a donation.

Ticket Policies:
Management reserves the right to refuse admission by refunding the ticket price and/or to expel from the premises anyone whose presence or conduct is deemed by it to be objectionable. Expulsion cancels said ticket and the holder thereupon forfeits all claims, including any claim to a refund.

Ticket prices to all events include all applicable taxes. Ticket user consents to SOTS using their image or likeness incidental to any video display, photograph, transmission or recording of the event by SOTS or other promoter. Ticket user assumes all risks of personal injury incidental to the event, whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to the event. The use of cameras, video, or audio recording devices is prohibited. Latecomers will be admitted at the discretion of management and may not be in originally assigned seats.

Should a performance be cancelled due to inclement weather, tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same play without penalty at the box office. Refunds or exchanges: All sales are final. Exchanges may be made for free up to 72 hours in advance. Returned tickets may qualify as a tax-deductible donation if received by the box office at least 2 hours prior to the curtain time posted on the ticket.
