Announcing Our CAST & CREATIVE TEAM for 2017!
By: Alan Long
Category: In the NewsShakespeare on the Saskatchewan is excited to kick off the new year by announcing the creative team for our 33rd Season on the South Saskatchewan Riverbank!
As you may have heard, our comedy in 2017 will be the beautifully crafted Twelfth Night with a promise to fill this production with live bluegrass music that will leak out of the big tent and carry on down the river valley! The tragedy, last produced 17 years ago, will be the gritty and devilish Richard III, perhaps the bard’s best dramatic play of England’s most notorious King.
We are always excited to announce the all Saskatchewan born cast for another season. We are pleased to welcome back some returning veteran actors, and excited that five actors will make their Shakespeare on the Saskatchewan debut! Cast members are listed alphabetically by last name, and the roles they are playing are listed as – Twelfth Night/Richard III. Keep an eye on our website under Productions and the Cast & Crew tab for pictures and biographies. We are busy uploading the team's information over the next couple weeks.

We are also proud to announce the return of Daniel Ford Beavis (Resident Fight Director) and Skye Brandon (Director for Richard III).
