Jane Redlyon

Jane Redlyon (Nee Casson) was trained from age 7 by her grandfather, Sir Lewis Casson, one of the founding fathers of the British National Theatre.  Later she worked on voice for 5 years with David Smukler at the Canadian Stratford Festival.  Those old enough will have seen her at the early, early Persephone Theatre.  She was brought here to teach at U of S for 5 years.  Her very last performance was Persephone's Pride and Prejudice last year.  She loves the speaking voice and its possibilities for the progress of humanity.
