Ben Redant

Shakespeare on the Saskatchewan debut.

Having been born, raised, and living in Saskatchewan his entire life, Ben Redant is thrilled to be a part of his first production for Shakespeare on the Saskatchewan.  He was honoured to have made his Saskatoon theatrical debut last year as part of the ensemble in Persephone Theatre’s production of Fiddler on the Roof.  He has appeared as a performer in Globe Theatre’s productions of Ring of Fire and Man of La Mancha, in the orchestra for Globe’s Mamma Mia! and has spent previous summers as resident musical director and performer at Souris Valley Theatre, having composed and performed the original music for Maureen Ulrich’s Pirate Heart.  When he is not performing or playing for theatre, Ben teaches piano and voice in Regina, which he has called home for the past twenty years.
